Monster Unraveled

Opal, a young trans woman, wants to live her authentic life, but fear of her overbearing mother is keeping her in the closet. Upon discovering that her closest friend is a creature with reality-warping powers, she agrees to come with her to look for a solution that circumvents the risk of exposure. When it becomes clear that her family is more of a threat to her best friend than herself, will Opal be able to keep the situation from completely overwhelming them both.

Part 1 is complete at 4,300 words. Additional parts and the eventual finished version will be added as they are complete for no additional cost.
