A Person Your Past Self Would Loathe
Joel struggles with the ennui of a life that didn’t go the direction he wanted, desperate for the meager satisfaction of taking a small vacation. When his cringe-inducing teenage OC punches through to our world from hers in hopes of saving Joel from a villain that would eat them both, he finds himself playing babysitter to a pre-teen with more power than he’s ever had. But her naive enthusiasm is bringing him down, especially since Fatigue seems like an unstoppable foe. He’s not sure she has what it takes to survive in his world for very long.
Word Count of Parts 1 and 2 is ~5700
Part 3 has fallen behind on account of a prolonged depression period; I now have my medication and am putting this back into my daily to-do list to work on. My hope is to have it finished and fully uploaded by July 15.
Full version will be 3 parts in total, uploaded here for you to download at your discretion. By purchasing this story, you have already paid for the full release and will not be required to make future purchases.
Currently only a PDF version is available; the final complete version will also be available as an ebook

Heya!
Just commenting here so I'm more likely to get some sort of reminder when the new bit is uploaded :3
Thanks for the hard work!
Are parts two and three planned to be in future similar bundles?
(Haven’t read this one yet - haven’t had time to since I just got the bundle - but the “Part 1” stood out)
Nope! I've done this in the past, only once before, but when the new parts are finished, they will be added to THIS post so anyone who already paid for it gets the whole story. It's not my preferred way of releasing things, because I feel like the customer deserves the entirety of what they pay for, but I do intend to follow through on the obligation.
(I realize now that this isn't obvious from the description. Thank you for bringing it to my attention).
hey, that rocks! You rock!
