Edge of Adulthood

Kiki is a closeted trans girl in a small rural village. They don't have a lot of magic, but they do have a coming of age ceremony that locks people into what their future jobs are going to be. The problem is: men and women have different ceremonies and get different jobs. What's a girl to do if she wants a gender-affirming position in the village? Well, Kiki has every reason to believe that the girls' ceremony will still work for her. So, with the help of her closest friend, she attempts to outmaneuver the men in her life to perform the ceremony herself. If she gets caught, she's doomed.
